This is a comprehensive online fitness portfolio so you can record your progress and follow exercise plans between the 1 to 1 sessions. - Complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) - this is a medical screening form
- Complete a Fitness Goals form to establish your objectives

Second Meeting 
- Lets get physical! The real training starts at your home, office, or gym (by arrangement).
- Each 1 hour session will include a warm up and stretch (5-10 minutes), cardio for weight management or fitness improvement (20-25 minutes), resistance exercises for toning and conditioning your muscles (20-25 minutes), followed by a cool down and stretch.
Cost - Option 1 1 session £55

- Option 3 Ongoing 3/4/5 per week £35 per session
